Background
I used to be a competitive swimmer, stopped doing that and got fat. Finnaly one day I decided I hated being pear shaped and starting lifting with some friends. I fell in love with the dicipline and the feeling of heavy weights in my hands, the old competitive streek helped too.
The discipline it teaches me, it keeps me focused mentally and keeps me healthy. It took 6 months of injury for me to truly see how much much I need this stuff in my life.

Exercises: DB Incline, Dips, CGBP, Flys, Bench Dips, Paused DB Flat Bench, Tricep Pressdown, Deadlifts, DB/BB Rows, Pullups, Curls (Preacer/DB standing), RDL's, Hyperextensions (weighted), DB Shoulder Press, Lateral Raises, Arnold Press.
Throw in a lot of swimming and cycling when I find the time and you've got what I'm doing now.
