Background

When I Started: Jan 2010
HOW I STARTED:

I've always done sports and loved being active. My husband/lifting partner inspired me to keep a consistent workout routine.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love seeing my body change for the better. I feel so much more healthy and I like to see that I can stick to something.

Hey, I'm really excited to have started my BodySpace. This profile is very new to me so I'm not quite sure how to navigate it yet. :) I would like to invite any encouragement and advise from anyone who will give it.
