Day 1 – Chest & tri’s
Flat BB press - 2 sets of 15 warm up
(Triset)
Flat BB press - 3 sets of 6 to 8(very heavy)
Incline DB flyes 3 sets of 6 to 8(heavy)
Decline DB flyes - 3 sets 6 to 8
(Superset)
Incline BB press - 3 sets 6 to 8
Close hand push up - 3 sets 10
(Superset)
Weighted dips- 3 sets of 8
Cable push downs – 3 sets of 8
(1 for the road)
Skull crushers – 3 sets of 15(by this time I go very light just for the burn)

I was doing some reading on this year’s comic con and came across a listing for the movie KickAss 2. They are looking for a woman to be the villain. Here is the twist”Must be 6ft tall or taller, look like a Pro bodybuilder and bursting with sex appeal". I do think there is someone out there that fits what they are looking for, I just have never seen it wit my own eyez. She claims it actually works to heal the cause of inflammation, and not just reduce the symptom of inflammation like Mortin and aspirin. I workout six days a week and use to help with recovery.
