I've always been a runner and have never lifted much. When I moved to NYC for a bit, I started hitting the gym because running was more difficult in the city. I still run and have stayed lean and tone, but would like to get larger.

How I Stay Motivated:
A desire to eat healthy and stay fit. Keeping up with it and seeing results helps keep me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing special now, but need to increase the weight.
I have almost always been between 140 and 150 lbs. Looking to break into 160.

I feel like a grad student too ---full time school and work ---I know how you feel but I rarely pass up a workout because it'sthe only thing that keeps me going strong in all of my endeavours. You're looking good though, good luck in all parts of your life!
