To accomplish all i desire, Training is going great eating clean and learning a lot. Thank you to everyone who has given advice especially Jen_absgirl for her cooking tips. Twice a day gym visits oh how i love it!
From 220 to 185 now going to fully dedicate myself to getting back to that 220 mark by christmas, rededication time to the iron game. Also time to kick the bad habit that comes with baseball, chewing tobaco no more room for that in my life!
Resolved to act my age, and not say 'woot' at risk of being thought frightening... like the auburn-dyed hair you see sticking out from beneath some old codgers' backwards baseball caps. CRINGE!
