I love competition. I love winning. I love looking great!
The feeling of a great lift session and having an awesome "pump" is one of the most amazing feelings, and im definitely addicted to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I've always strived for "perfection" in everything, all the while knowing I'll never be perfect. Though I want to be as close to "perfect" as I possibly can.
"The Best Can Always Get Better" -Tom Shaw

Both KGB and Arron Campman will give credit to Bryce for bringing them to where they are today. Bryce is a disciplined technician of the game. Defensive player of the year and 5 time pro bowler. No clinic, one on one, he studies film, then works with guys on technique. However, he is a no BS guy, married to his highschool sweetheart, six kids and devout Christian, he only works with guys who are serious. Let me know.
The vets I know that STILL have 10 - 20 mil, got that way from good planning. Ave NFL career, as you know, 3 yrs. NFL pension and 401K, not even available until the player is 45 and retired at aleast 5 years. Broke washed up players are so common its a joke. Marriages a mess. Steven Covey in Seven Habits of Highly Effective People says, begin with the end in mind. Call Ken, have a plan. Also can hook you up with Bryce Paup and KGB if you want to come to GB for some mentoring. Best, John
Rummy, good luck with your career, but check out Ken Ruettgers' www.gamesover.org. I work with some famous NFL vets, players of the year, probowlers. I dont work with Ken, but he is a great guy and has a ton of resources. The guys that make it, are the guys that start out right. Best, John
