Ruminus Too much work, not enough money, makes it a tad difficult to stay 10/10 all the time. But, I'll get back there soon.

Mar 29, 2013 | LikeRuminus Well, weight seems to have leveled off for a bit. but strength gains are outstanding. Ex; 5th set of 1arm row is now 8x90, was 8x75 last wk.
