I took weightlifting class in high school and I joined the team, eventually going to state competition.
Why I Love It:
I'm an addict, great stress reliever. My best workouts are a deep meditation, I succumb to the music in my head and see nothing else but the challenge in front of me and myself. I believe that God wishes for us to make our bodies a temple, and that temple must be made as perfect as humanly possible so that the soul have an immaculate vehicle.
