I took weightlifting class in high school and I joined the team, eventually going to state competition.
Why I Love It:
I'm an addict, great stress reliever. My best workouts are a deep meditation, I succumb to the music in my head and see nothing else but the challenge in front of me and myself. I believe that God wishes for us to make our bodies a temple, and that temple must be made as perfect as humanly possible so that the soul have an immaculate vehicle. Earlier this year, around 9% BF.
Almost to the end of my bulk, carrying a lot of body fat.
Want to gain quality muscle in back, widen lats, and bring up lower abdominals and obliques more. Also increase triceps definition and over all size, as well as shred quadriceps.
I think isometrics really has helped me push through barriers. I'm using Scivation x tend during my workouts, it really seems to give me a sustained energy source. The problem is I run out of it so quickly! I miss doing power cleans from back in my high school days so I've started to add them...
cool cool. its cutting time for me now....with possible chances of competing (dealing w/ herniated disc issues) i gotta get lean. and YES, HE WILL!!!!!
I was off track for approx. half a year, and finally got back into some habits about 6 weeks ago. Making great progress, and it shows that I'm not the only one. You look Great!
Thanks for your comment.. I try but with working different hours and morning cardio, a baby and trying to get my PT business going adequate sleep is just a dream!!! How you doing sweetheart?
