Review: If your looking for a fast acting product, this isnt the stuff for you. You dont notice anything....AT ALL!! I was waiting for it to kick in (it says on the box 1 week to see results).....4 weeks later and nothing! Maybe its just me, but i found this to be a waste of money! Pitty really because the I thought this wis the business! Thats just me tho! Might work better for others

Review: 10 min after u take a shake....your fit to EXPLOAD!! Seriously serious stuff! I gota buy more! Water water water thought, i forgot about h2o and got really bad cramps. But im sure htis is the same with most creatine products. Very very good product.
