None really, i got proper coaching. But a say other guys bench every time they hit the gym! Silly, now they have big rounded sholders! Now i do 1:3 Chest to back workouts

I do use them quite a bit...there are things you can do with KB's that you really can't accomplish as well with other tools. You should look into Kettlebell Sport. I think it could really help your strength endurance for rugby.
