Seasons over time for my gaining cycle...2 months 10lbs
Goal (Long):
-Increase the size of my back especially the lats
-Increase the size of my shoulders
-Decrease the waist size to about 29" or less
-Grow arms till they get to 16" or larger
-Cut down to expose maximum definition
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
7%

outside centre, im playing for my club side, state team and im in a premiership academy (harlequins). Im only 15 but hopefully it could be a career. What position do you play ? do you play for a club ?
