I did a combination of bad routines/awful diets until the beginning of 2009. Now I'm motivated to hit that stage in the best shape possible.

My goal is to win my first contest in June competing in the teen division and in the 154 lb men's division.
Goal (Long):
I played football my first two years in high school and at the end of sophomore season I was 5'7 135 lb. After quitting football I didn't touch a weight until the end of my senior year. After screwing around for a year and a half with bad routines, ****ty diets, and making no progress I did my reading so now I'm on my way to being that 200+lb guy I always wanted to be.

Single leg work is the bomb, I can't wait to integrate it into my program. Thanks for stopping by. You check out the Fitcast yet???! And great choice starting fish oil. Make sure you're not just taking 1 or 2 grams a day. (I would suggest at least 6)

Hes got a pre season game up here where i live in Gisborne. ill have a word to him and see if u can give me some tips to give to you. He plays for the wellington Hurricanes super14 team they are playing the waikato chiefs in Febuary. hey my bro keep it up the rugby training im pretty sure you will be stronger and bigger and much faster just keep at it alan. Soon you will be like my cuz hosea gear when u was at high school he wasnt that big aye probably about 90 kgs at best. But a year after he left high school he bulked up with the help of a good diet. he bulked up to 98kg and in the all blacks he tips the scales at 100 and hes still quick as
