. When I was young all I wanted to do was play pro football well after hurting my knee in high school it ended my dream. After years drive down a dark and unhealthy road I join the military and found a new calling. After my first time in Iraq the only out let I had was the gym. In one place where I am myself in and out I love it brings out the best in me. My goals are to become a better personnel train. Get cert in cross fit and compete in any competition bye the end of 2010. So I need to train harder then every before. World I am coming for you and nothing you can do will stop me Genetics loads the gun, lifestyle pulls the trigger!!
Dewayne,
the lifts are going well, having a good off season. On my way to 250 lbs before I start the diet for next year. I posted some video clips from a workout video that I did for a up coming contest, check it out.

Hi D- training is better...first day I felt good running out there. Having the sun out, wind minimal and temps in the mid 60's also helps lift those spirits. how has you weekend been? Working out or being bad? I enjoyed a nice slice of pizza with my kids Friday...LOL
Thanks for telling me Navy...I couldn't see the tips on your hat...my husband is as well but is in medical corps. Training..well trying to get it back on track. Did some shoulders last night...sore. Being sick for a week really killed my stregth. Have a great Thursday.
thanks for the add and yeah it takes a lot of work to achieve your goals but then you can be happier when you look in the mirror knowing you put all those hours into your body
