How I Started:
Always had "skinny-white-boy" syndrome. Found out in my mid-20's that I could cut up pretty impressively if I spent some time with weights the right way. Always been strong enough to do what I needed to do, but "size" always eluded me.
Now, hitting mid-30's I'd like to see if (starting late) I can figure out what I need to do IOT actually add some mass.
Why I Love It:
Results directly related to how hard & smart I work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Love finding out / learning new stuff about how my body works. Being able to SEE outcome (& knowing what went into it) gets me every time.

None... but not dead yet.
