The program i am currently on is a 5 day spilt with a weekly periodization of rep ranges and restarts every four weeks and i incorporate sled work on my leg days.

My Motivation
my motivation to join the gym started in 2009 when a mate and i decided to join the school gym to look better and transform our bodies, for me it was to build muscle because i was really skinny growing up because i'am an ectomorph and am naturally very skinny and lean which hasn't been a bad thing because now that i have put on a few kilos my body fat percentage is still low which makes me quite ripped and defined. Now my motivation is not only to get bigger i now want to train myself to be in the SAS and by the time i am 25 i want to be on the summit of Mount Everest, but still want to gain a stack of lean muscle mass to look like a greek god, 1.M.R!
Rudice updated his weight from 147.4 Lbs. to 149.6 Lbs., a 2.2 Lb. gain in 9 days.
