My Program

The program i am currently on is a 5 day spilt with a weekly periodization of rep ranges and restarts every four weeks and i incorporate sled work on my leg days.

week1 12-15

week2 9-11

week3 6-8

week4 3-5

monday chest, triceps & calves / tuesday legs, shoulders & sleds / wednesday back, biceps & traps / thursday shoulders, triceps & calves / friday legs, biceps+forearms & sleds

i am an ectomorph so i take a mass gainer, creatine monohydrate, multi-vitamins, fish oil, N.O pre-workout and intra-workout BCAA's 2:1:1

My Motivation

my motivation to join the gym started in 2009 when a mate and i decided to join the school gym to look better and transform our bodies, for me it was to build muscle because i was really skinny growing up because i'am an ectomorph and am naturally very skinny and lean which hasn't been a bad thing because now that i have put on a few kilos my body fat percentage is still low which makes me quite ripped and defined. Now my motivation is not only to get bigger i now want to train myself to be in the SAS and by the time i am 25 i want to be on the summit of Mount Everest, but still want to gain a stack of lean muscle mass to look like a greek god, 1.M.R!
