Why I Love It:
I'm naturally fit and have a low body fat percentage so as the muscle mass has gone up I've been able to keep the BF% low. I'm getting interested in fitness modeling and looking at how to get into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at bodybuilders or other people who are bigger/more cut than I am. Also being in shape keeps the ladies happy.

Goal (Long):
Several people at the 24 hour fitness in CV are doing the 90 day challenge. The goal is to see who can gain the most lean mass and at the same time have the greatest change in body fat percentage. I clocked in at 7.4% @ 195lbs and I want to be 200lbs at <6% by the end of this challenge.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 5 lb

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Drink some sort of pre-workout shake or just swig some water, put on my headphones and say "lets go."

I've gotten to the point where I'm big enough (too big really) and now I'm gonna start doing some cardio to shred down.  I did some HIIT cardio today and man it kicked my ass.  I never really do much cardio but when I do its usually just easy on the bike.  I decided to try some HIIT today and...
