Working out w/ buddies from Highschool
Why I Love It:
I'm naturally fit and have a low body fat percentage so as the muscle mass has gone up I've been able to keep the BF% low. I'm getting interested in fitness modeling and looking at how to get into it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at bodybuilders or other people who are bigger/more cut than I am. Also being in shape keeps the ladies happy.

Rsardiniachanged Weight from 193 lbs. to 194 lbs., a 1 lb. gain in 57 days
Several people at the 24 hour fitness in CV are doing the 90 day challenge. The goal is to see who can gain the most lean mass and at the same time have the greatest change in body fat percentage. I clocked in at 7.4% @ 195lbs and I want to be 200lbs at <6% by the end of this challenge.

I want to GAIN 5 lb
