No real plan. Eat less, move more.
I've done so much reading since I started trying to learn about fitness (4yrs ago?! and nutrition. I am happy to say I never did try any of those fad diets. Generally, my nutrition is mostly calorie counting and I find that very successful even without counting macros. But nothing in depth or detail. Don't have the level of dedication to it yet.

Does black coffee count? Call me weak but I can't start my day without it.
I take biotin and folic acid to help with healthy nails and in theory promote hair length. Still waiting on proof it actually works, haha.

Tough Mudder in June! Want to not only complete it, but to not feel like I've got one foot in the grave when I'm done. Frankly, I just want to be fit. Do I want to look spectacular in a bikini? Absolutely, but that will come with being healthy and fit as a bonus.
