Four years ago I was 20 pounds heavier. Never watched what I ate or knew about working out effectively. Cardio was always in the picture, but never really took weight training seriously until I lost all the weight and started to lose some muscle. That when I looked in the mirror and started to make changes. I finally decided to take initiative and get educated on eating properly and working on developing each muscle.Now I’m at a healthier weight. However, I’m still not satisfied!!! Now I'm looking to polish up and Body sculpt!
Why I Love It:
Its keeps me healthy inside and out,and makes me feel pm top of the world. Health and fitness are my passion. Great way to to deal with anger is at the gym!
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror never lies! Getting educated and looking at other people's transformation is my motivation. Educating myself on New exercises and learning more about working out every day and getting the right supplements in this body
BB Accomplishments:
Maintaining my focus and being consistant. Getting back in the gym and staying in the gym while pregnant and fighting the babyfat off!

Hey, I have not tried the keto diet or anything. I have read about it a little but thats it. Right now I am concentrating on taking enough protein to help me build muscle...so I have stopped taking fat burning supplements. I'm trying a different approach...so hopefully it helps!! :) How's your progress coming along? You look great in your picture btw!

I just started taking Lipo (a fat burner). You would need to take something different since you want to gain solid muscle. I take glutamine and protein to help build muscle but this is works for me.
Are you taking any supplements? Do you have a deadline of when you want to meet your goal?
I have, unfortunately, not been able to work out or eat like I want to because I am currently traveling a lot for my job. But I am trying.

Thanks for the nice abs comment Rozie. Most people don't believe me when I tell them I don't do any sit up and that my abs definition has everything to do with the way I eat. My nutritionist said to me that abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym and I'm living proof of that. You have a very nice look as well. I would like to see more pics. of you sometime.

Hi and thank you....ABS are 98% DIET!!! I could tell you to do 1000 crunches a day, but if you don't eat clean...you won't see defined abs...let me know if you have anymore questions. Have a great night..
