Registered for a 204 mile bike ride in July 2009.

Such hard choices...Tankini, bikini...or will I have to settle for the old lady one piece?

By seeing and feeling the change in my clothes....one size down...and more to come...:)

I'm fairly competitive and love it when I can add more weight to the machines or increase my cardio.

I've been very pleased with my cycling, the miles and hours that I've been putting on the bike are coming along nicely! This past week I implemented another form of cross-training to hopefully complement all my other activities..... and that would be.....jogging!  Now, I'm sure that doesn't...

HEy Girl!! Lots of wonderful mtns and lakes!! Winters that are mild and totally perfect for skiing and snowboarding!! I grew up there...so its really home dispite that im originally american! lol How are you doing?
