Started with dieting, doing a version of the "Atkins".
Then started walking.
Then started adding cardio videos
Then added the gym
Then got a trainer
Then started learning about a more balanced diet
Why I Love It:
I care about my health and about the way I look.
I need for my outsides to be as strong as my insides, and I won't be satisfied until they are!
How I Stay Motivated:
Exercising helps me stay motivated to eat right. I don't need a lot of motivation to exercise. I love doing that. It's the eating that I struggle with.
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing professional. But my body is definately VERY different than it was before I exercised and knew anything about nurtition. I was barely able to squeeze into a size 16 pant, and was soft all over.(ugh!)
I'm right on time with mu prep, no complaints. Just ready to get the show over with so I can move onto some real business. keep up the good work and keep me posted with progress.
