What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Improper form AND not listening to your body trying to lift with the big boys and girls.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Have to be careful benching with my left shoulder and with legs with my knees. I go lighter than I really can with higher reps and if I start having sharp pain for more than two workouts I take a week...more

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Start slowly and light.........stretch constantly. Make working out another part of the day just like brushing your teeth

thank you ... Im feeling it today that is for sure LOL still feel like I'm such a weakling though ... i guess its just all those big guys in there with their bulk of weights and then there is me the jolly red giant and im lifting NOTHING and its all I can do to lift that. But thank you for all your dedication to keeping me motivated.
