definate progress now, undisputably. 8 weeks since first picture and almost 10 weeks bulking.
yeah I'm very thankful for my parents. Although my mom used to get mad at me a lot in the beginning for stuff like the way I eat and stuff lol. But they just have to get used to it and figure out how serious you are about it.
No prob. I'm not the best person to ask that though. I never follow any routine. My trainer mixed things up every week and that's what I got used to doing.
Hey bro thanks for the comments.
I have no before/after measurements, but as you can tell, all of em' woulda been "SMALL" two years ago hahaha
I can get some updated measurements if you want bud
I don't think I did full body enough to have it really make a difference. We did them once in a while but the majority of the time it was what I'm doing now (concentrating on one or two areas for the whole session).
I did full body routines once in a while with my trainer but I never do them now. I work out 4 days a week: chest, back/shoulders, arms (bis+tris), legs.
Thank you! You've got a lifetime to get to where you want to be and you're already well on your way. If I had half a brain I would have started when I was your age.
Spent most of the summer doing bodyweight exercises and conditioning (chin-ups, push-ups, split squats, etc). My arms grew a little and I have more endurance but not much else. Now I want to start working on my weak muscles/imbalances like lower back and abs. Then I'll move on to another 4-day split emphasize mass. Overall, not too much difference unfortunately though yet. How about you?
Thanks for the add.
Of course, I'm a skinny little ****, and I'm bulking at the moment. It hasn't even been a week yet, so I won't be able to tell if I've made any gains yet.
I'm currently working with a chest & back and legs & arms workout.
Any tips?
