When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
In high school, i took weight training to fill my class schedule.. I liked what i saw after a few weeks. Received a shoulder injury during a class. Slowly, regained motivation to go to gym again. After joining military straight from high school, i used the gym only during deployments... Now, i have advanced motivation to stay working out. I have a ridiculous goal for myself and want to get past it this year.
Why I Love It:
The feeling. The rush. The look and the pump. Nothing beats the feeling of your body after a extreme workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly. I keep my motivation going by seeing other people on bodyspace exceed their potential.
At this moment, i am working on my Warrant Officer program for the Army. I want to be physically fit and able to show i have the drive and dedication to accomplish anything i set. My goals in the gym are going to be tough to reach at this moment, but i will keep at it with the help of others on this site. (Thank you all who have guided me)
BB Accomplishments:
My Junior year in High School. (nearly 8 years ago) i set my schools Bench press record for my weight class. (weight 173- 1 rep max bench press 325) Ofcourse i was beat 3 years later by 5 LBS. :-(

That is tough to answer because it varies by individual. You may want to try a few different routines. Stick to them for a month and see how they work for you. Lots of variables such as rest between sets, speed of rep, compound to isolations, isolation to compound, etc.
hey hun how are u? Hope things are good, I am just training and I have a fitness interview I have to finish this week. I am leaving for the gym shortly
It is very hard to eat healthy and still eat that much food to gain muscle. What you are loosing is fat, and fat is not what you wnat. You want muscle. Soo keep eating 6 meals a day, but add some more food to each meal. You'll look awesome. Don't worry about the scale weight, worry about building muscle (not fat). Good luck.
Thank you for the friendship invite Daniel, I appreciate it! I see you are a military man, please accept my sincere thanks for serving our country. best wishes for continued success with your training :)
It's tough naturally, but take out cardio, really up the intensity in the gym and go HEAVY. Eat a lot of food and I mean a lot. But it needs to be clean and healthy no junk food. You have to do this consistently and you will gain muscle. It's tough but doable. Good luck.
