Lose body fat, put on muscle, train UFC/MMA style!
Goal (Long):
After graduating high school I let my fitness slip over the years and would like to be healthy again (I ran long distance and track).
Starting on 6/13/2008, I was at 29% body fat (bf) and 219 lbs at 5'10". My first goal is to get down to about 15% bf, increasing some muscle mass, greatly improving cardio/endurance, and learning Muay Thai/Jiu Jitsu fundamentals. Second phase will continue to lose more bf while putting on lean muscle mass, increasing speed and strength, and continuing improving fighting skills. I'm expecting it to take about 12-18 months of good training to get skill level to a point where I could actually compete.
