My father took me and i decided i wanted to be in much better shape.
Why I Love It:
Puts me in a better mood, gives me a feeling of relief and accomplishment, and allows me to feel content with my body spiritually.
How I Stay Motivated:
Men, overall health, aging well, and self-worth.

I just started lifting about a month ago but my biggest accomplishment is bench pressing 65lbs!

How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your cardio exercise plan?
30-45 mins for 3-5 days a week.
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Running on that treadmill! Because i get the best results from it...changing the incline level, speed and all. I usually run between 3-4 miles for 25-35 mins.
