Never been an athlete but started Cardio Kickboxing and it motivated me to get in good shape and hire a P.T..
Why I Love It:
IT makes me feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Just want to look good and not gain anymore weight!

So i decided to join a 12 week challenge to see who can loose the most body fat! now does anyone have an awesome routine i could follow or even eating suggestions?

I do Cardio Kickboxing 3times a week and I work with my personal Trainer twice a week and I try to run @ night.
I will soon be changing my workout schedule to benefit me more and build muscle!

My training is going pretty well. Im trying to get my bf lower asap. I have a shoot for my portfolio pics next month. Im workin on getting into fitness modeling. I've been killin it in the gym but I cant stay eating clean consistently, I love food, lol.
