Was advised to do some physio on my legs after an injury and just caught the bug
Why I Love It:
Every time u go in the gym you lift that little bit more,progress is addictive

WSM comps the really strong men showing us all how its done

Me at 236 pounds too much fat at the mo and frustrated with the weights Ive got(130kgs) at the minute more coming soon whey hey!

done my back workout yesterday managed 150kgs 5x5 last set was 10! everythings going up every time I'm lifting which makes me happy, thats what its all about going heavier

hey thanks :) yeah, the lie detector test was mandatory for the comp....the IDFA is a drug free organization and tests their athletes to ensure they all are!
