Hey. I didnt notice it was you there either. Must be the carb depletion. Yeah I had a blast at the Buckeye. i think that will be my next show next year. How about you?

My basic philosophy on a clean bulk is to find your maintenance calories and add 300 - 500 spread out through the day. I only like to add a 1-2 lb every two weeks. I just add oatmeal, brown rice, yams, or wheat bread to my meals to give me extra carbs and calories.

Yeah I always took creatine. I had it in Animal Pump. Never really had a problem with it cause me to hold too much water or anything
