Why I Love It:

How I Stay Motivated:
my family, fat pictures, the mirror, WWE Divas- i would love to look like beth phoenix, i know its probably physically impossible for me but hell ill give it a shot lol
plus i want to be a Nutritionist/ Personal Trainer and you need to be in good shape for that--

I've been the fat girl all my life- my heaviest was pushing 290 lbs; I never knew anything about nutrition until almost my freshman year in High School- when you're 14 and the boys don't want to ask you to homecoming because you're fat its a total blow to your self-esteem. I started starving myself, eating under 500 cals a day and taking diet pills. I ended up losing almost 65 lbs by sophmore year- every thought i had gotten my stomach stapled (lol!)
it was alright but then i began going back to my old ways- i shot back up to 255 by junior year, my friends would never point out that i gained more weight but i knew they could tell, after all it was painfully obvious. Something needed to change. What started my interest in bodybuilding was when I began to watch WWE again. I admired the bodies of the Divas and of course my man John Cena (:D) I decided I needed to do something. I wanted to be like them, I knew I had it in me- I just had to go do it. I began working out religiously my senior year, every day after school i was in the weight room- dukin it out with the football players. I was recognized for my efforts and won The award for Dedication and Excellence in Physical Fitness; you should've seen the look on everyones face when my name was called- i mean hell i was in shock too. After all my hard work and sacrifice for the past year or so, my friends knew that i truly deserved that award. After graduation I've spent nearly every morning in the gym- trying to be the best I can. I know now that it takes more than eating salad to achieve my goals, it takes hard work and dedication- both of which I posses. I know that I can get down to my ideal body weight and have the sexy, toned body that I've only ever dreamed of- but only if i continue to work hard enough. One day I hope to compete, so watch out! haha
Cliffs:
-Fat all my life
-Gunna get not fat and hopefully compete
:D
