When I Started:
Feb, 2007
How I Started:
The main focus was for the support of my wife that has recently gone through major surgery to extend her life for both me and our son. This way with the energy that my wife is getting I can keep up with her and our son. That is what the Man of the House should do right? YES!!
Why I Love It:
Keeps my mind focused on the important things in life like my family and career.
How I Stay Motivated:
Making myself healthier so I may spend more time with my spouse and son.
BB Accomplishments:
Atually seeing my ab region shrink and feeling the muscles under it tighten up. Great feeling.
Get refocused on the transforming my body to lean muscle mass and better endurance for the Marine Corps challanges.
Goal (Long):
Right now my biggest struggle is the desire to have a lean mid section without the ever hating "love handles". Also, the pursuit to be able to lift my body weight for a total of 20-30 pull-ups. This way there should never be a struggle with excercises that I must do throughout my military career.
I weigh myself every Monday Morning after my cardio routine and from last weigh-in of 244.4lbs (09July07), and after I weighed myself this morning (16July07) my weight is 249.2lbs. I am a little bothered by this event for I have been watching my food intake and working out with just 5% more...
Sounds great bro, I just got back on my bodyspace for the first time in a long while too, so I'm just now trying to get back to everyone who left comments on my profile. I'm stuck in SA right now. Check my blog for details. Good luck bro, stay smart over there.
Gotta a workout partner now, also changing up the workout plan to focus more on arms, chest, shoulder & back. Also hit the gym before lunch a little bit now too. Get my E-6 on the 1st of NOV!!!!
Now that you're back in the states shop here on BB.com. Do not go to GNC! You need 1.A multi vitamin 2. A protein powder. 3. Creatine 4. Glutimine (recovery) 4 Ammio Acid (pill form). Thaose are you building blocks right there. Remember for LOSING you need to burn more calories than your taking in...it's simple math even a Marine can handle! Good luck with your goals!
Muscle weighs more than fat you know already I think. The body much like a Marine will adapt!. Everything is going good I just finished the national championship
