How I Started:
I love working out and I love the way my body performs after successful sets, but I also want to improve my overall health for my family.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling of the pump! Like my #1 motivational person - Arnold..."Its like being with a women....." If you know him, you know the quote.... LOL :-P
How I Stay Motivated:
Reminding myself why it is important to stay healthy and also to look better overall. And my three greatest motivators; wife, sone and younger brother. They are all great motivators themselves!!! Love ya'll
BB Accomplishments:
Being able to finally push mor than my own weight on the bench press. Great accomplishment!

Goal (Long):
Damn those love handles, you will be crushed and allow me to see the abs that I know are beneath you. I will accomplish this by more cardio sessions and some good old fashipn weight training. Pushing till some sweat comes from my pores and muscle fatigue surely comes too. But the end result will be awesome. Down with the unwanted and in the wanted......
I wanted to put a few words down on this computer to let everyone know that my initial goals of shrinking my waist and streamlining myself is coming along nicely. I have about eight total days before my class is officially over and I have rally made a difference in my overall appearance....
MONDAY -
Deadlift 5 x 5 w/60% if 1 - RM
Pull-up 3 x 12
B/B row 3 x 12
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3 x 12
B/B Shrugs 3 x 20
(NOTE: Performing these as a circuit course, 90-sec Rest between each set, 3-min Rest between each circuit)
B/B Curl 3 x 12
Abs Leg Raises 3 x 15
Cruches 3 x 25
Cardio 45...
Got some new supplements in today, gonna try out this BULLNOX Androrush and Ripped Juice Concentrated. Also got some more of my favs Animal Flex and Stak.
Waiting on results from my sleep study and the MRI on back. Started working out again, just not to heavy (back issues). Getting ready to order some new supplements too. Other then that doing good. E7 board in FEB.

Well I hit up the docs last week, New Xrays and waiting on an MRI. Back is messed after my last pt test. See what happens, all I know is I have to keep this weight off no matter what.
