Well I am 18 days out from the USBF Plattsburgh Pro-Am. This will be my first pro contest and from the sounds of it I will be gracing the stage with some amazing pro's. I am expecting atleast 10-12 pros in my class. I am super excited and nervous at the same time. The diet hasn't been that bad,...

Right now I am training 4 days a week. Two days upper body two days lowerbody.


Day #1
Quads/Hams/Calves

Leg Press: 1 X 12, 1 X 8, 1 X 50 (use a weight you can only get 15-20 with and do 50!)
Hack Squat (frog style) 1 X 12, 1 X 30 (pick a 12 rep weight and do 30)

Thanks for the advice, ive been hitting legs at least twice a week and decided to work on dropping my body fat, if i wanted to get in competition shape by october do you think i have a chance? im about 178 at about 8% bodyfat

Ancient City Classic is next June. Gives me plenty of time to get some more size then cut. But I am going to see what other shows are near Jacksonville, Florida and may do something before then if I can get ready. Trying to work thru some shoulder and elbow pain right now from heavy inclines on left side, so we will see.

My bald brother from another whats up!! Still hanging at 203 - 206 and I think the CELL MASS creatine will keep me over 200 for now. It is OK though. I have bumped to heavy lifting so I can grow. Very happy to drop 40+ pounds of fat this year and have put on some size at same time. Hoe your training is going well and you are staying safe on the streets.

YO!! Down to 203 this am. I have been protein man and using flax and fish oil for energy. I guess I am doing metabolic shift in a sense and busting my a$$ on the treadmill. Litte sore in left shoulder from heavy inclines. Went to Ancient City last night, which i want to do next year. Some cut guys and some not so cut. Hope training is goig well, i start my bulking in August or September.

Congrats on a great season brotha! Off season is almost over I did not eat consistently enough to put me up to the next weight class so it looks like I will be doing middle weight again. Im cool with that but hope to be a light heavy sooner then later. Im thinking about a fall show, have any suggestions?
