Well this season was better then expected. My goal was to be top 3 in all three shows I did and I accomplished that. I traveled three weekends in a row with one of my best friends (Larry Roberts). It was one hell of a fun journey. The topper of the three weekends was him winning the overall...
Right now I am training 4 days a week. Two days upper body two days lowerbody.
Day #1
Quads/Hams/Calves
Leg Press: 1 X 12, 1 X 8, 1 X 50 (use a weight you can only get 15-20 with and do 50!)
Hack Squat (frog style) 1 X 12, 1 X 30 (pick a 12 rep weight and do 30)
Full Squats 1 X 10, 1...
we will share the stage soon my young bodybuilder friend. Just keep your intensity up, because my wo's are as insane as they have EVER been. I WILL BE 5lbs heavier next year, with mature, grainy thick "old man" muscle.
Good Luck Brother.
Thanks for the advice man. I'm actually trying
to just get my strength up for football next year but body building has become more and more
interesting to me... And it's just amazing how people transform and scuplt there bodies with training and dieting just like you, thanks again for the advice!
whatup big Ron! I competed in the 2008 Natural Northeast where you won your NGA card. You did your own version of the Kevin Levrone Cree routine. I realized that I really needed to hit my glutes and hams.
Your conditioning was incredible for the 2009 Northeast. Everytime I've seen you on stage I've become a better bodybuilder.
Are you competing in the fall?
Hey bro heard through the wire some more people were affiliated with ******** in plattsburgh and they mentioned your and Dave's name. I hope that's true cuz ******** is lucky to have someone with your dedication behind them!
Hey Ron! Congrats on your recent placing! You're really showing em how its done! And naturally hey! Keep it up mate! If you have an extra tip on how to gain that vascularity you've got id be up to hear it :D - Cheers from NZ! Nick.
