I had to train for the basketball I played during all high school.
Why I Love It:
Increases confidence. I LOVE being really fit. I love going into the gym and making my body grow! I LOVE knowing that when I stick to my diet, and dont always cheat, I see great results! I eat more now then I did before! Thats another reason I love it. It is my passion and I am dedicated to it! I love the look of muscle! I really like being able to look cut and toned in the gym, and VERY feminine away from it!! I just like that balance.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding/fitness is a lifestyle! Im always trying to improve and be the best I can be in every area of my life. I read a lot of fitness megazines which keep me focused and motivated. I also stay motivated through visualization. We are truly powerful and create and manifest whatever images we hold in our mind and heart!! Happiness, success, AND yes health are all connected. Seeing my life (perfect health/body) manifest before my eyes keeps me motivated!!Inspirations like GINA DAVIS, MELISSA DETTWILLER, Johanna Dejager among others. I feel like I have ACCOMPLISHED something. The dedicated people here too!
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing major. Dont have any plans to compete. I am here to build an amazing physique and for intellectual feedback on techniques/training and diet!!!

Continue on my current bulk. Stay incredibly feminine away from the gym.
Goal (Long):
To have the natural bodybuilder look and be the best I can be!!!!!!!! Hopefully, be a fitness model. I want to gain muscle, and increase my strength. Be around 140. I am pretty religious spiritual and believe we are all connected and perfect divine beings. Physically (the way our body looks), we are just at different stages. Its about keeping our body healthy and in shape. 1 Corinthians 6:19- What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. I will probably get my personal training certification (im studying now) and then become certified as a nutritionist. Yes, I am determined and you can be too! I just want to be able to help others reach their full potential, as I continue on that path for myself.
So, here is a new progress blog and a one year update. Its this time-April- last year i really started weightlifting-particularly having a desire to bring out the abs. I got the flu last year and that was the push into bodybuilding. I went from 94 pds to 119 (as of today). The change is...
looking vey good girl .. i like your muscle shape and defination , the abs are amazing! Do you ever do abs with resistance ? I see good results from that thats why i ask . Also how is your bulking coming along ?
