Background
Working out, generally? I had to train for all the basketball I played during all high school but didnt get REALLY serious about it until I joined here in 2007.
Increases confidence. Being confident is great! Being vein or conceited (which is still very prevalent in todays society) is not sexy! I am a gym rat now!!!! I LOVE being really fit. I love going into the gym and making my body grow! I LOVE knowing that when I stick to my diet, and dont always cheat, I see great results! I eat more now then I did before! Thats another reason I love it. It is my passion and I am dedicated to it! I love the look of muscle! I really like being able to look cut and toned in the gym, and VERY feminine away from it!! I just like that balance.

I train biceps and legs twice a week, because I am really trying to add some growth there
*Monday- biceps Night: cardio
*Tues-Legs: Night:cardio
*Wed- cardio. Night shoulders
*Thursday-triceps/chest, Thurs night- Back
*Friday- Biceps Night: cardio
*Saturday-legs
*Sunday-off
I am in my lean phase. Time to get cut! So, doing a little cardio (20 min) before weights (HIIT or just regular cardio) and then a regular cardio session at a different time.
Abs are really whenever i feel like doing them. I am not doing much now as I dont really have to. When I do them, its usually after a workout at the gym. Ill do the ab bench with a weighted ball, or hanging leg raises, or the ab machine, or Ill do weighted obliques on the hyperextension machine. Usually 5 sets of 20 for the ab exercises :)
