Overall I just want to get bigger and feel more solid. I estimate that i'll be happy at 180-200lbs.
Goal (Long):
I want my body to be proportionate. I want to have a full chest (including upper inner!!). I want stronger and bigger shoulders. I want a large V-taper. I want big lats. I want forearms the size of a 4x4.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%

I don't remember if i was smoking or not when i lifted for a straight month, considering i made pretty good gains on just whey and some creatine. However, my girlfriend is ready to quit with me - and to all the smokers out there, you know how hard it is to stop when someone you care about...
Hey bud you asked abut your upper inner chest. For your upper chest - heavy incline BB or DB presses. The muscles in your chest run horizontally, but cable crossovers should help with the definition in your inner chest. Good luck bro!
