Hello everyone.  I haven't been online much.  During Christmas we found out that my son has PDD-NOS, which is a form of autism.  He also has ADHD and OCD.  It's tough enough having just one but all three.  If you know what these are, you can see why I haven't been on much.  I am lifting...

Hi Roman- How are things going for you? I am dying from the heat in NC. But still getting out doing the run/walking and being positive. Food wise I have been way too much lately but at least its healthy stuff and not junk!
