When I Started:
Jan, 2009
How I Started:
Well, I always been a active healthy person my whole life. Mainly playing basketball. But, I later took soccer & weight training in high school. But, didn't take it serious. It was when I was watching Bruce Lee movies one night is what got me thinking about it. Did reseach on why, how, what he did to become so strong & muscular for his size. I then, finally decided I wanted to be muscular like him & got sick of being skinny. It later, lead me to reading his book. That, he used alot of gym equipment. I read up on that & it later lead me to bodybuilding & buying a set of plates & a olympic bar. And from there, I have just got hooked on the bodybuilding lifestyle since.
Why I Love It:
1. It just makes you feels great. 2. It helps make you stronger mentally & physically. 3. The compliments you get from people. 4. The feeling of accomplishing something new in bodybuilding. 5. Notice my muscles growing, getting stronger, & my body getting more ripped & muscular. 6. It's good for your body to workout. 7. The challenge to be better. 8. I like competition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Bruce Lee, Vin Diesel, Ronnie Coleman, Michael Jordan, Frank Zane, Flex Wheeler, Arnold, LL Cool J, BB.com members are always keeping me motivated as well.
