I have this ridiculous mirror in my room thats about 6'x6' and theres no way to avoid looking at it before I go to sleep.

Goal (Long):
To be squatting 425lbs (2.5x bodyweight)
to be benching 315.
To be deadlifting 425.
So I hate running just like everybody else and was looking for a good alternative to it and saw on tmuscle.com an article about barbell complex's. It's like a circuit training based thing but better. I chose Cosgroves evil 8 and got owned so bad, this is after about a 2 years of not doing...
Hey. Just thought we should share info since we're trying to achieve the same goal. Right now I'm doing the WS4SB program it so far increased my bench alot but not my squat. I'm gonna twick it a bit and see if i get better results. What program you doing right now?
yeh you need to do more weighted jump squats and more clean and jerks imo....there are people who can squat 500lbs but they cant jump 2" off the ground....plus of course your poly work
also when you jump up to the rim aim your jump higher than the rim not at it
nice video i would like to see how you do with some weighted jump sqauts on vid.....the low ankle jump squats looked a little funny, your body type looked like mine used to b4 i started eating like mad, i was messing around the other day and i was able to get well above the rim but i havent been training for it for about 3 months i need to start doing my weighted jump squats agian...anyway nice vid
beast mode is where you turn into an animal,,, you spit saliva like a cobra ,,,,you see the weights as your enemy and you strike with vengeance....thats beast mode....
thanx for the deadlift comments although after watching the vid im pissed i did not try to rep it a few times to busy messing witht he dumb camera..ive been doing deads his way from the begginning i know my lower back is strong because of this however if i ever want to increase more i need to work on a better technique i think
