Barbie Barbell Never maxed on dumb bells b4. Have done 70's for sets of 8. No need for heavy DB's for me. I bench with a bar in competition. Heavy DB's do not carry over in Powerlifting/ too unsafe and do not want to risk the injury. I would think I could get a cpl reps with the 85-90's. Dec 1, 2012 3:34pm
