Why I Like This Video: Weighted Dips. When I first started working out I could only do about three or four dips and they were non weighted of coarse. Takes time but I\\\'m moving forward.
Upper body
Description: Arm Curls sitting Down. Great exercise because of the fact that your sitting and have a dumb bell in each hand, you cant swing the weights up because your alternating arms and the other has to stop. remember minimum 8 and max 16.
My Cardio
Description: Thanks to Golden Gloves and a few black eyes years ago, I still got it and that\'s my Cardio exercise baby! 20 minutes a day.
