Background

When I Started: Oct 2009
HOW I STARTED:

I would drink way to much Jack/black some years ago. When I did I turned into a different person. It seemed that I did this when I was bored. On a plane, in the Hotel room or sitting in the airport and even at home between jobs.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I truly believe lifting saved me. Now instead of lifting a drink to relieve stress I lift weights. Not that I'm were I want to be with my body yet but if I have to be honest...When I travel I love to wear tight shirts that show off the arms and chest. The comments are great! I also try to workout just before going to the Airport...I know but that's one reason I love it. Another reason is Summer Time by any pool is pretty cool too!
