What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I think that when you lift somthing FUKIN heavy your gonna make some noise, its FINE, and yes i do it.

I just got back from the Doc. I went because of my shoulder. It is feeling a bit better, not to much tho. He told me i pulled/tore a little my RC. Take 10 days off he also said. 10 days really isnt that much, i was planning on a month, so this is great! Hopfully im good to go after 10 days, I...

RR,I do not have issues as u said in the thread.There are about 3 members in the misc(douche100,dynamik,and some other dude)who checkmy profileabout 30 times a week,look up my threads,lookup my posts.Douche even went as far as copying and pasting my posts into a list.So no i do not have issues.Im being harassedonaforum and its beyond annoying.If i saw any of those fcks in real life they wouldnt be walking.

Yeah, BB'ers are a lot bigger than Arnold now, key word: BIGGER. No one cares about the quality of their physique anymore, they have giant azz bellies and no seperation except a few select pros. Inhuman amount of steroids are the only reason bb's are bigger now.
