That was a long time ago bro!! Young and Dumb I was... So no advice on that from me..I wish I could help ya out but its not something I believe in anymore. And wouldnt reccomend these forums either..alot of bad advice imo... if thats something you are interested in you need to start reading..and do ALOT of reading b4 doing something you might regret!!!
I dont take too many supps. Scivation Vasocharge pre-workout, Scivation Xtend during my workout, a multivitamin in the morning and MASSIVE amounts of Egg protein.....rest off my nutrition comes from meals. Thats it!
mmm supplements suck if u live in new zealand weight gainers are like.. 130NZD for a month worth.. and only 1000 calories per serve. GL with ur cut man haha i cant wait to cut im sick of not enough definition!
