BigOrin Hey man - want to keep inspiring you so I posted a new before and after on my blog. I have lost 62 pounds so far and I am on target to lose another 22 by summer. I am going to be starting P90X to bring out the muscle and staying good with the food and nutrition to strip away the fat. Looking to make this the best summer yet and rename it, the year of the ABS! reana0709 Yeah. I have a workout plan that is working well for me. I did HIIT today and will do it again thursday. I am doing everything right now that a trainer has evaluated me, she said its just gonna be a little slower since my body doesn't have that much fat. I don't wanna be like at 12% body fat...16% will be good Nov 8, 2011 7:15pm

reana0709 Lol what? I found out I dropped one percent of my body fat which is great. The trainer was telling me its going to be a slow process because there's not much for me to loose lol haha. I questioned myself because I was not sure if I was performing the exercises correctly because I wouldn't feel sore or see any change... Nov 8, 2011 6:46pm

reana0709 Yeah. That's a good way to help yourself with what your goals are by learning on your own. I just happen to have been doing it for so long that I kept questioning myself what am I doing wrong here? so just turned to a trainer. But I am happy where I am at but going to keep trying.
