Background

When I Started: Jan 2012
HOW I STARTED:

I'm the 2nd heaviest I've ever been. Co-worker posted on facebook he lost 29 lbs in 12 wks. He sent me a link to Jamie Eason, I saw how she helped her family and was impressed. Her workout/weight-loss philosophy made sense, so I decided to go for it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It is really hard to get motivated to go to the gym but once I'm done, I feel much better.
