Started out going to the gym with my dad when I was 13. Took around 5 years off after I moved to California. And now getting back into lifting

Feel better, look better.

I used to always keep myself in ok shape. Not built by any means but not fat either (Bout normal I guess with a little muscle showing). Then I got lazy and pretty much quit exercising for many years. Now I'm at about 230lbs and would like to get back down to 160/170.
I'll be working out to add muscle as I go but losing the weight right now is #1.
