For the time being I am out of work so i am hitting the gym twice a day
5-6 times a week
day 1 AM- chest, 45 mins cardio day 1 -PM- Bisceps and 20-30 mins of cardio at a higher hr
day 2 -AM- Back, 45 mins of cardio day 2 -PM- Triceps, 20-30 mins of cardio at higher hr
day 3 -AM- Legs/abs/core, 45 mins of cardio day 3 -PM- 20-30 min of cardio
Day 4 shoulders, 45 mins cardio Day 4 -PM- forearms 20-30 mins cardio
day 5 rest
day 6 core, 45 mins of cardio
day 7 rest
