How I Started:
It was around July 2004 that a co-worker sparked again my interest in working out. In the beginning I was on high protein ~ low carb diet (I wanted to lose fat). Well, my performance in the gym was awful. I couldn't lift much weight and it was very frustrating (of course!: Where the hell were the carbs? Da** fad diets!). Since then I have learned more about fitness, NUTRITION and embrace all bodybuilding-related info around (and still learning!). I got hooked and will never stop.
Why I Love It:
It helps keeping yourself healthy: physically and mentally. It's a great stress reliever. Love the PUMP!
How I Stay Motivated:
My own progress (the mirror!); other people's fitness achievements.

Whey Protein + Glutamine + BCAA + other non-supp stuff: you have to start your muscles' recovering process right after your workout.
