When I Started:
Feb, 2009
How I Started:
I wanted to lose weight for my various health problems. I have high blood pressure & I take 3 different medications to treat my hypertension. When my blood pressure is high. I'll have a headache that will last all day and night. Also At night, I have to sleep with a CPAP machine to help me with my sleep apnea. Im just sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!
Why I Love It:
I know if I stick with it I will reap the rewards! I can come home from work and I could lift weights or go a few rounds on the heavy and it will take all my stress away.
How I Stay Motivated:
"Im sick and tired of being sick and tired!" My doctor has told me that if I would lose x amount of weight he will take me off my blood pressure medications and I can stop using my CPAP machine when I sleep at night. Plus the prices I have to pay for clothes in my size! I have an 8X10 photo of me in my garage. I hate the way I looked in it and it motivates me to keep working out.

I used to do circuit training on these machines at the gym I go to, but I feel like I get a lot more from free weights. I still try and move from exercise to exercise as quickly as possible.

no problem I need someone to keep in touch about my size that way they know what I am going through. It is always great to go to the gym gets you away from daily activities

Hey Rod I know exactly how you feel I have that same damn CPAP machine that I hate. It is hard work and just remain focused and you can do it. But trust me I know exactly how you feel.
