I'm on a strict nutrition program through a nutrition counselor at my current gym.
7:30am whey protein shake with 4oz milk and water or 1/4 cup dry oats and 3/4 cup egg whites
10am brown rice cake with 1 tablespoon almond butter, coffee with light cream
12:30-1pm 3.5-5oz lean meat with large salad/veggies
3:30pm 1/2 cup greek yogurt(less than 8grams sugar) and 1/2 cup berries, 1 packet stevia
6-6:30pm 4oz lean meat with salad/veggies
9-9:30pm whey protein shake with water and 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or almond butter
Drink water throughout the day.
