My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program

I'm on a strict nutrition program through a nutrition counselor at my current gym.

7:30am  whey protein shake with 4oz milk and water or 1/4 cup dry oats and 3/4 cup egg whites

10am  brown rice cake with 1 tablespoon almond butter, coffee with light cream

12:30-1pm 3.5-5oz lean meat with large salad/veggies

3:30pm  1/2 cup greek yogurt(less than 8grams sugar) and 1/2 cup berries, 1 packet stevia

6-6:30pm  4oz lean meat with salad/veggies

9-9:30pm whey protein shake with water and 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or almond butter

Drink water throughout the day.

Finally somewhat updated my info on here and I'm excited to share my fitness journey as well as meet new people and see what they have accomplished.  I mainly joined this community to help me stay motivated and on track.  I'm pumped and excited for this new beginning I've started!!
