My uncle is on the swat team in Florida and 5 years ago he decided that i needed to whip my ass into shape. Ive been hooked ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump and the challenge of lifting heavy weights.

By reading Flex, Muscle@Fitness, and mainly this web site; also reading the bible and seeing the openning to share my faith with people that it provides.

None so far. I hope to enter a all natural bb contest.

As for creatine... I haven't taken any in a few months. Animal Pump is truly an awesome supplement, though. I recommend it. I plan on starting Pump again in about 2 weeks. No other creatine supp needed...
Hey man. I primarily do military and Arnold presses. You can do other exercises for mass but I train for functional strength and the mass comes as a result of lifting heavy.
anything by UNIVERSAL is money in the bank. I think "storm" is the creatine product...I've been on a looong cut so I dont use creatine, but I am about to start

I love No explode for bulking up. If you are trying to gain weight, eat calorie dense foods. Try to keep it clean though. I add steak to two of my meals while bulking.

Ummm...well in my profile it says that I work out at the "Gates Sports Center," haha...That would be the athletic center at my college. Normally for cardio I run a couple miles a week; but right now I am trying to bulk up a little bit. I guess thats all I got...feel free to ask more questions

Eat alot of lean meats(chicken breasts, ground sirloin, filet mignon) and eat good complex carbs. Luckily i have a lighting fast metabolism, so i guess im just lucky. I have always been low in fat my whole life, also im pretty active, outside of the gym. And when im in the gym i have a pretty quick pass so it gets my heart rate up. Just keep up your intensity( heavy ass weight and nolonger than 2 minutes between sets). Good luck
