i have been an on again off again person. i was very active when i was in high school and i trained often for sports. i hit the work place and all of that stopped. i know what my body is capable of doing and i am going to do it. i put this off long enough working long hours and wearing myself out to the point where i slept when i got home and nothing else. i put my foot down and i will not do that anymore. i am not happy with how i look. i also have not been seen in public in a swimming suit in about seven years. time to chage this shit!!

this is the begining of the second week of training.
i really slacked off in my eating the week this was taken
as of right now i am lifitng 3 days a week and doing cardio 3 days a week. my lifting days i a do supersets, they are kind of fun, but i hate the rest time in between the single sets. the rest time wil decrease as the weeks pass and my routine changes, good thing becuase i like keeping up...
